Each townhouse in the Alba condominium, layout has three floors. The ground floor has a social area that leads to a private outdoor space. The first floor has a bedroom suite and an office room. The second floor has different layout options and always includes a private terrace.

All the villas feature double-glazed windows, air conditioning, and electric underfloor heating.

Alba is located in Marvila, a neighbourhood in Lisbon only 5.3 km (3.3 Mi) from Lisbon International Airport and only 8 minutes from Lisbon city centre. The area is a mix of old industrial buildings and new creative projects. People compare it to New York’s Meatpacking District or London’s Shoreditch because it has many art galleries, restaurants, and cultural spots. It’s also home to the Hub Criativo do Beato, which will be one of the biggest startup hubs in the world.

The inside design mixes industrial features like metal frames and textured surfaces with wooden materials and smooth shapes.
